Harbor View, OH popped up as the Census place in Ohio with the largest percentage of multi-racial people in last year's ACS. In this year's release, it has none.
This is probably explained by some combination of small sample sizes, the five-year span over which ACS data is collected for this release and the possibility that whichever mixed-race people responded to the survey being among those who moved out in what looks like an intense depopulation trend.
As a rule, at Census Reporter we advise caution when the margin of error is greater than 10% of the actual estimate. In Harbor View, the MOE for "two or more races" is more than the estimate, so really, one ought not do much with this data!
